Vishnu is portrayed holding gada (the mace, signifying strength) in one hand, while the other hand is in varada (charity). He is flanked by Sridevi (wealth) and Bhudevi (the earth), with two worshippers making offerings at his feet.
Probably from a fishing vilage.
