A Greek Tanagra terracotta pottery figure of a standing lady of fashion or goddess possibly Athena. Wonderfully moulded with a long flowing dress folded at the front, dropping from one shoulder to show the lace undergarment. Remnant stucco and pigment decoration.

circa 400 to early 300 B.C., Tanagra, Greece

Dimensions:

Height: 56cm / Width: 26 cm / Height including stand: 63cm

Condition:

Re-joined on the lower section and the left arm. Ancient loss evident. Presented on a custom display mount.
