A superb Western Asiatic banded agate figurine of a recumbent ram, the carved details following the natural banding of the stone.

Late 3rd to early 2nd millennium B.C. Western Asia, after Middle Elamite.

Dimensions:

Length: 6.5 cm / Height: 3.5 cm

Condition:

Intact, with excellent patina within the recessed sections and on the left hind portion of the figure.
